Rates : Corporate and government rates can be arranged in advance, at the time of the reservation.
Adults : Reservation requests must be made by persons aged 18 years of over.
Children : Free lodging for children 6 years old and under - 1 child per adult.
Additional persons : There is a charge of $12 per additional person plus a $11 folding bed fee.
Group discounts : Group / association reductions may be pre-arranged through the head receptionist.
Late departures : There is a late departure charge of $45 + tax.

The hotel reserves the right to apply the following charges to your account:
- There is no charge for reservations cancelled at least seven (7) prior to your planned date of arrival at the hotel
- A 50% charge will apply to first night (including applicable taxes) cancellations made between the 7th (seventh) and 2nd (second) days prior to your planned date of arrival at the hotel.
- A one night charge (including applicable taxes) will apply to all cancellations and /or failures to arrive (“no-show”) within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the planned time of arrival at the hotel.
- One additional night will be charged (including applicable taxes) for departures earlier than the departure date indicated at the time of reservation
