In accordance with Public Health guidelines, we reserve the right to accept only reservations made by essential services staff, remote workers and family bubbles (with or without children), as well as those made due to exceptional circumstances. Kindly note that no guests are permitted on the premises. We know that we can rely on the honesty of our guests to respect these conditions, which may require that we ask for proof of your status. Please accept our most sincere thanks for your understanding.
Dear friends and guests
Our hotel is presently open and ready to welcome you. We have put very high hygiene and safety measures in place to protect our guests as well as our staff.
Health and hygiene measures
The health and safety of our guests and our staff is very important to us. The following additional hygiene measures have been put in place to enhance our already high standards.
Contact-free arrival and departure: We ensure contact-free arrival and departure thanks to our adapted check-in processes. A protective screen has also been installed at our hotel’s front desk.
Social distancing: Notices have been posted in all common areas to ensure that the recommended social distancing is respected.
Hand sanitizers: Disinfectant dispensers are installed in numerous locations in our hotel including the main entrances, front desk, elevator accesses and conference rooms.
Highest hygienic standards: Our hotel uses only approved cleaning products and protocols to effectively combat viruses, bacteria and other pathogens.
Secure rooms: Only you will be allowed in your room during your stay, so you can rest assured that your room is secure. All rooms are left vacant for the recommended period prior to being cleaned and reassigned in accordance with the cleaning protocol in place.
However, if you are planning a long stay we will agree on a cleaning schedule and will ensure the necessary security measures for both you and our staff.
Secure meeting rooms: Our meeting rooms comply fully with the prescribed distance rules and protective measures. You can find more information about them under the Meeting rooms tab.
Third party bookings: for bookings made through an online booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia etc) or third party travel professionals, please contact them directly – They have been informed of our cancellation policy and you are advised to consult their terms and conditions.
Bookings for groups or meetings: We will collaborate with our clients to manage any necessary changes on a case-by-case basis. We aim to accommodate our clients and respond to the needs of each group, including postponing events to a later date in accordance with the terms and conditions of each booking. Public spaces and common areas: The frequency of cleaning and disinfection has been increased in all public spaces and especially for the surfaces used most frequently.
Training of our team members: All employees are trained on the health protocols related to COVID-19, including hand washing according to the recommended procedure. Wearing personal protective equipment (mask, gloves) is mandatory for all employees whose functions warrant it.
Our protocols comply with the directives of government authorities and are constantly updated as information is made public.
Cancellation free of charge
We understand that your plans may be subject to change. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.
